After the experiences with different Coaching organizations, I hve to say the time spent with Eden and Sebastian was the most essential. The sessions were well prepared and the Coach knew how and when to perform, went into the role instantly. The modules were planned and diversed, which made every participant to go hard and think. The feedback after each session was clear and included honest evaluation. The Coach by his attitude didn’t have to fight for the attention, the same time allowing participants to use their moments. Lots of stamina and seed grown in my head. Chapeau bas!! Those were not only the lessons but primarily the habbits which is crutial for constant development.
