Raising awareness and developing our personality in combination with the knowledge on tools and techniques of leadership are the perfect combination of the high potential program to make it particularly effective and sustainable. Each of eight modules was methodically diversified and challenging. In-between it was always important to transfer learnings into our daily business life and thus make theoretical content tangible and vivid. Feedback and Empowerment sessions at the end of each module as well as individual coaching helped us focusing on ourselves and the development stages and goals that we have learned to set. It was great to see all of us 15 individual participants developing our strengths and personalities during the program and I believe that a huge advantage here was having two different trainers, Sebastian and Thorsten. The program helped us a lot being prepared to respond to an extremely challenging business environment which is dynamic & uncertain.
